This is Alana and Dane's wedding day in a nutshell.... we had a blast shooting their pictures around the Mandurah Quay Marina.  There were 12 in the bridal party and 2 very cute flower girls. So after cruising around the jetty's looking for the best spots to shoot from, they continued the celebrations in the function room with all their family and friends.  Congratulations guy's, it was an honour to be chosen to do your photography x

Danni & Mark

These are Danni and Marks pictures from their wedding 10/10/10..... The ceremony was lovely to be witness to, very personal and heart felt....

Mark proposed on the Rockingham Jetty, so it was important to them to have a picture of them walking into their future together, as well as some fun shots to remember the day by.  I can't believe how lucky they were not to get rained on- the heavens opened as soon as we got them into the Limo, and just after the photo shoot- phew- I can work with most weather conditions- just not the rain!!!!

Natasha & Jamie

Natasha and Jamie were married in the historic setting of Fairbridge (just out of Pinjarra)  They had eight children in their bridal party which made for some cute pics during the ceremony- but the whole day seemed to be chilled out and very relaxed- which showed in the photo's I took afterwards.  It was a terrific afternoon :)

Here are some pics of a family portrait I did last week.  These children were so beautiful, and seemed to really enjoy the shoot.  The sun was warm, the mood was light- and a great time was had by all- including me!!!!

Glam shots- for HIM....

I received a call from Hayden a while back, wanting to do a studio shoot for himself.  I wasn't quite sure what the exact look was he was after, but once we got in to the swing of the shoot, it was clear that if women can have photographs done to capture a moment in time, why can't the fellas?  Hayden had been working on getting fit and toning his body for a year or so - now was the best time as ever to capture it on film.  Thanks Hayden, it was a lot of fun, yet challenging- making sure the pics didn't end up too "girlie" I think we achieved what we set out out to do- bring on the hard core gym folk!!!!  I think a shoot out doors could be next on my "to-do" list....

Family Portrait +1!

Here are some photographs I took while shooting the Goss family.  They were going to be pregnancy shots, but the boys were so well behaved and polite (including Rowan!), I couldn't help myself- but spend some quality time with them down at Point Peron.  The family now have a new addition to the family... Jediah Matthew.

Wedding Expo...

These two pics are a couple of my favourite ones from Amy and Ricks wedding. They had a small gathering of family and friends come and witness their ceremony over at Rottenest Island. It was a beautifully casual day.... it seems they left the stress back on the main land!

The Mandurah Quays Wedding Expo went very well. There seemed to be quite a few brides-to-be having a look around and getting some good ideas for their day....I also had the pleasure of meeting Serena and Jay, who booked me for their wedding in April next year....

Aimee.... Both Arthur and I would like to take the opportunity to say a big thank you to you for being our photographer at our wedding.
We both had a hoot. The day was fantastic and we certainly will cherish and remember it for the rest of our lives. You made us feel so at ease throughout the entire day and this is reflected in your photo's- our smiles of joy are captured in every shot.

2nd day on the job...

Well, I've managed to not delete any of my blogs so far!!!! And I've even managed to get a badge from Face book too.

Will post again next week, I have a wedding expo to attend on Sunday- hoping for big numbers.... will keep you posted!!! :-)

Love doing the arty stuff that the bride and groom tend to miss on the day too.....

This is a pic from a wedding I did in Rockingham a couple of years ago..... I was thinking of putting it on my business card... what do you think?  They were a beautiful couple, very much in love......

My first attempt at Blogging!

Hello HUGE wide yonder of cyber space!  This line of "putting myself out there" was suggested by an associate of mine, and although I'm feeling like a duck out of water with all this business, I'm hoping it's going to put my love of photography and my business back on the map!
I'm hoping to be able to publish some pictures of weddings and portraits that I've done, or will be shooting in the future.
I'm looking forward to the response and thoughts of you all who view my work, and in closing- thank you for taking the time to have a look!
